47-2: Unhealthy Obsession

Poor Gary. I've been in his shoes. And I know, it's perfectly easy to say "Just tell her," but it's not so easy to actually do it. Like me, Gary is the type who overthinks everything. He's analyzed the probabilities of a favorable outcome in a conversation with Lizzie, most likely within a split second each time he thinks it over, and he comes fairly quickly to the conclusion that such a favorable outcome is at a relatively low percentage. The probability of a gentle let-down is very high though.

I'm currently debating what I should be doing for the next year of Gary the Alchemist. More alchemy stuff is a given, but in regards to school, I have a couple new characters, plus Gary takes chemistry. Now, of the two new characters, both may become important, but one especially, so I'm trying to determine which semester that person comes in. I'm considering of pushing chemistry to the first semester along with the not-quite-as-important new character, to save some excitement for the second semester, but I'm really really eager to put the character in early.

I have so little patience. I'm gonna have to stick it out for a few more months.
