[464] Interrogation: Immenent Crash

They're about to fall 200,000 miles onto a dry wasteland that is nothing but rocks. Also, there are many explosives in the Nemesis. Let's see if they make it.

This was not the way the plot was supposed to go. Originally, Aussie was supposed to ask Anti why he was still alive, and then we'd see Anti's first memories of the rebirth. Unfortunately, it was boring and irrelevant to the plot I was putting together for the 500th page. So, unfortunately, while this saga should have been called 'Plotting' it will forever be interrogation.

Onto my rant. Recently my sister and I began writing out comic strip ideas for the one day we start a comic together (We saw the print version of Chugworth Academy in Borders and thought 'Hey, why can't we do something like that). Because we had recently bought a replacement N64, a lot of our jokes came from those games.

This made me look at my PS2 and Gamecube games and I realised that I don't own any games that were made after 2006 (The only one of those being Grand Theft Auto: Vice City). I then looked at my books and realised that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was the most recently published book in my collection. And my DVDs? The last one I got was Star Wars Episode 3.

I wondered why I was so far behind, and then I came to ask myself 'How can people be so up to date with their games and books and stuff?' So I looked at rants. Adam Arnold barely has time to watch his DVDs, Ryan Sohmer bought two novels and never got around to reading them so they just sit on his shelf untouched and gathering dust while he waits for the graphic novel additions, and apparently Tim Buckley has a stack of games he has never even tried out. I hear Piro has quite a few graphic novels he has yet to even open

Me? I've played every game, read every book, watched every movie and looked at every graphic novel that I own. I figure, who cares if I'm a few years behind, at least I've enjoyed my entertainment material. I know those guys have other stuff, like a kid, being an executive, editing graphic novels and organising gaming events, but why buy something if you aren't going to be able to enjoy it?

So what about you guys? Do you enjoy all your things, or do you have some stuff just lying around that you've never even touched?

Until next time
