According to my page count, this is page 200 of Jupiter! Break out the confetti!
You
can already see how Jupiter's past relationship ties into Otto's
oppositely. Jupiter had a really good one, and Otto's parents obviously
didn't get along. Goes to show you what he considered to be "normal".
And believe it or not, there are couples out there who never fight. I'm 27 and I've never seen or heard my parents fight.
Conversely
to my parents, there's a house I'd walk by with my sisters on our walks
and occasionally we'd hear the couple who lives there fighting (like,
screaming at each other). They have kids, too. So sad.
The moral
is: if you have great parents, every day of your life with them should
be counted among your blessings. I have about 10,000 myself.
