488: Arcadian Mix-up - Other Effects of the Power Outage

This is the comic I was trying to do yesterday, and this doesn't look anywhere near as good as the original. I couldn't remember how to do what I did to make this the last time that made it so nice.

Either way, Weil is out of Balmung, but the power turned off and someone screwed up, and now Balmung is out cold. This should turn out interesting, neh?
