Hey everyone!
Especially those of you in Florida!

Broward County Libraries division (Isnt that odd?) will be hosting its first ever anime convention in downtown Ft. Lauderdale at the main library on Saturday January 6th.

Also, here's a quote from the email I received about it:

"First Anime Convention, January 6

Broward County Main Library will present their first-ever Anime Convention, a full-scale event devoted to this popular form of Japanese animation on Saturday, January 6, in the Bienes Center, sixth floor. A range of events are planned for the Convention including a costume contest, video game tournament, anime screenings, Japanese treats and taste-testing, origami and special guest speakers. This was such a nice email.. A coworker who I rarely if ever see or speak to or even remotely know sent this info to me. I was speechless *sniffle*
