Yes, I think it's going to be hard work to figure out the clues. There's no way they all point to one person so even if we do think we've got some figured out, they could still be wrong.
The doctor thing sounds really interesting. Does that mean the paramedic was too late to save Korosu? Or is the doctor not literal, but a clue to someone else, a comic about doctors or something? Is the window important?

The killer is Dr. Acula!
All we have to do is figure out which of us is really Dr. Acula in disguise, and we'll have our vampiric mobster!

Even if leaderofstars isn't mafia, he could be the paranoid, which is more or less just as bad. Plus, as Niccea said "there are three people that can make kills in each round, but only one person died".
From what I think I remember of the rules/roles, of all the people who can kill, I believe the paranoid is the only one who 'must' kill every night cycle.
Not that we're sure los is the killer or the paranoid, but the killer is most likely the paranoid rather than the mafia or the vigilante. At least, that is my current deduction.
Los is however most likely the prime suspect for paranoid thus far based on what little we know so far, but we still have plenty of time till the next night cycle to decide for sure.
