You're bipolar? You're the first bipolar person i've actually liked/doesn't act like an f-ing retard every chance they get.
Ha! Thanks. ;)

Depression seems to run in my family, which is weird because I don't think it's genetically inheritable (correct me if I'm wrong). I can name three relatives off the top of my head who've committed suicide (more, if I think about it for a while), and it always hits at twenty.

Guess how old I'm going to be in a few months? Yeah. So now I'm panicking that the same thing is going to happen to me. I keep trying to put it out of my mind, but it always comes crawling back in. I'm not the kind of guy who'd go killing himself, but none of the others seemed (the ones I actually knew, anyway) like they were on the brink of suicide either.

Glad you're back, Oz :] And that you got a page done! Maybe your block is going away? :]
Perhaps… I think not liking my work is a big part of that though and that part hasn't changed.

Hmmm…
I got the entirety of the Sharpe series!! It was a gift! So I didn't have to pay for it!
First episode- Story was ok… not that clever, some very weak bits. But it LOOKED great and I liked it. Thank goodness I avoided it on TV, now I can enjoy it for the first time on my nice big screen Teev. :)

I also got Run Lola Run. That is one of my ALL time fave movies of ALL time!!!! I haven't seen it since I first saw it when it first came out here at an out door cinema years ago. At first I was dubious because Lola looked so much like Pinky… But then I of course loved it. Looks marvellous on the big teev.
But I've only watched the start so far. I'm saving it for the weekend.

So, I'm pretty much trying to go on a diet and stuff now right? Well, my brother just gave me a big ol' bull full of Protein bars he didn't want. So now I got a ton of protein bars.

Sad part is, I HATE the taste of them. Maybe if I keep eating them (not like eat 3 a day or anything, maybe one), I'll acquire a taste for them, and start to like them.

He's got his protein shakes, and I guess I'll have my protein bars. lol!

I'm just really hoping this whole working out thing pans out. I'm not nearly as fit as any of you may think. Though I do have some muscle. I still got a bit of a stomach (it's not bad at all, actually) but I'd much rather have abs, or a flat stomach. Either one would be nice.

So, now I'm off to finish my protein bar/work on homework, and then work out. Fuuunnn :]

Oh, and no more pop for me. Only tea/water/milk/coffee from now on. Even though coffee isn't that good for you, it wakes me up, and I like it.

The taste you hate = zinc. Powerbars have that gross aftertaste! Bleh! But seriously- Protein bars are not good for you! Maybe as a meal replacement or snack every now and again. But you can't live off 'em. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes, and lean protein and you'll be set. And make sure you're gettin' enough calories- as a teenager you need more than adults, especially if you're working out!

Aw, man. I'm on the computer in the university lab- one of those brand new, huge-ass perfect resolution Mac monitors. I swear it's like 2 and a half feet wide. And the internet's faster than like, light speed. And I'm goin' home to my junky laptop and slooooow internet. Psht. At least now I know my comic looks, like, 20 times better on a decent monitor! lol!

I am rapidly running out of trousers. I recently lost a lot of weight which then suddenly piled back on, so now half (two) of them don't fit, and another which has a previously unnoticed hole in the arse. So I've got one pair left. Looks like I'm doing my increasingly rare visits to the laundrette in my pa. . . oh wait, I don't have those any more either. Well, I'm sure no one will notice me running around naked if I go out early enough.

I hate trousers anyway, they're bloody uncomfortable. The sooner it becomes socially acceptable for men to wear skirts, the better.

I posted an ad on craigslist asking for an artist.

Unbelievable.

I literally have a flooded inbox now. :(

Now I have an idea how many of them are snooping on craigslist. wow. Amazing.

I read a great tract by 19th century Scottish Presbyterians about who kilts should be banned because they "un-man" men and make them look wanton and womanly lol!

Don't you just love puritan types…

Crap. I'm pretty sure I just f'ed up royally and pissed off one of about two people I actually like around here. I really should just stop talking.

On a lesser note, why does DD put the url into the reply box every time I hit reply?

After getting permission from my dad I decided to take the afternoon off school today so I could hang out with my best friend and make her feel better and whatnot.
But the school calls when you skip so they just phoned and my mom flipped out "When did you miss school?! You're going to fail your classes!" Yes, mom. I have straight nineties but my grade automatically drops 50% when I skip a class. That makes sense.

I have never tried a smoothie. It sounds kinda good though.
The only 'health' drinks I have are milk, and tea and water. Tea is a good substitute for coffee. But I love coffee too much to give it up. But I like tea at night when I'm drawing. Since there's no coffee on the pot at night.

Anyway, I just got done working out not too long ago, and I feel great. I was gonna lift, AND run. But I thought, take it one day at a time, ya know? But I found out that the Powerbar Harvest ones taste MUCH better. At least, the double chocolate one does.

Thing is, I hate chocolate. So it must be good. Plus, the Harvest one seemed to taste like a granola bar, which I like, and not like some really shitty cereal bar.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to finish this page up, and then play the last match I have for Def Jam: Fight for New York.

Oh, and I was doing the voice of that one gay guy from Family Guy (not Herbert, but the not old one) and I made this hot senior girl laugh. We started talking. It was cool. I apparently am real smooth with the ladies 8D

Doing the pictures it was a pleasure until I got to the horses. I went by A.C. Moore after therapy and picked up some felt to use as horse blankets. Now all the horses had uniform red horse blankets.

Seven horses laying all over the place, six knights, five spears but fortunately only one horse fell over. Of course it was the one in the back of the stage but it wasn't too bad. I did work up a sweat under the lights shifting everything back and forth.

Now can I do four pages over the weekend?

Maybe I'll watch Sharpe's Rifles to get myself in the mood… "o'er the hills and far away…"

Today was pretty unpleasant, for a few different reasons. No need to elaborate; we all get those days, right?

So I didn't really get to draw, except for a couple computer sheets of scratchy layouts. I suppose I could do that for a couple hours now, but I feel totally cashed out… Blah. No excuse. This is the part where I should probably just put on a pot of coffee and force myself to work for a few hours. When it comes down to it, it'll probably make me feel better than the internet or sleeping.

My new tablet pen came! It makes such a difference. Maybe this time I won't go a year and a half without replacing it. I wish I could just replace the nib, but I couldn't seem to get those over here. Finding the pen was hard enough. Ah well, I was wearing off the texture on the outside anyways.

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do that again and it's another 3 day ban.

Sorry man, but after you've messed up a few times so you should really know not to keep on doing it.

Order it online from a Wacom supplier in your country. The Wacom site has a list of retailers by country on their site. It's very useful. Igot a lot of replacement nibs from there- lot cheaper than a whole new pen!
Your dad or mum can use their credit card to buy it for you and you can pay them back :)

Unless there was some disguised insult in Humorman's rectangle comment I don't really get what the big deal is….

Eating the fruit is better than making them into a smoothie. When you make them a smoothie you completely break down the fibers and your body doesn't get as much benefit from them. :] Fruit has sugar in it but it's healthy because your body burns more calories breaking down the fibers, if there's no fibers, then you're just eating sugars.

I got up too early so I have half an hour to kill before I need to go to work. I'm thinking of cleaning off the stove top. And I get my laptop back today (bastard wasn't broken when the tech guy tried to fix it) so hopefully I can do comics this weekend. When I'm not playing Fallout.

How is that offensive from humorman?

I have some fibersure i can dump in it, i actually dislike whole fruits on their own since they're either too bitter or the smell repulses me-when together in a smoothie or yogurt they're okay.

Dexter is such a great show, seriously they advertised this poorly the commercials don't represent the show in the least. It's about a forensic evidence expert who takes out his obsession with blood on the bad guys that walk away from cases freely-not a guy who kills whoever. I'm so into tv shows now i cant wait to get the rest of dexter and chuck :]

I edited it. Remember the Top Drawer and the sorts of things people did there?
it was basically the made up scenario about the rectangle and then NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in size 50 font.

Do we want to start another TD trend of people bombing threads with that sort of stuff? ;)

I'm not going to lie. I saw that one getting edited.

So, I've got a sort-of date tomorrow. But tonight, I just got told this girl's mom wants to meet me. And when I heard that I had a minor "oh shit! She's gonna kill me!" moment. I never used to do that. The moment I dated my ex-fiancee though, I started getting paranoid about that stuff because her dad actually did the "shotgun by the door" stuff. It's yet another thing I picked up that I'm just beginning to notice now.

It also turns out that this girl is a lot harder to piss off than I previously thought. The gay guy I told to stop being a queen ( I regretted it the moment I said it. ) on the other hand, not so much.
