Holy shit i just spent the last 3 freaking hours rearranging/cleaning/destroying my bedroom and it's no where near finished T-T I'm so worn out and i've been smeezing every ten seconds for the past 5 minutes.
I saw 17 again, i actually liked it all the actors where hot as hell and it had its funny moments.
Saw the preview for that one. Was that Reno 911 guy?
Anyone want to bet how long it takes before someone blames this on TD being shut down?I bet… as soon as I post this!

Ugh. I just woke up. I went to bed at like…3 or something? I don't even know. It's noon now. Ugh.
But I did lift weights are like, 11 at night, so that doesn't help.
Now my arms are so sore -_-
And I still have to finish like, two pages.

Things seem pretty nice really :)Most of the mean stuff I've seen has been directed at folks who are, as we say in the South, "showing their asses", or making a bunch of incoherent and/or nonsensical spammy posts. It's really hard for me not to get snarky with that kinda stuff, especially if you've been, uh, "conditioned" to do so by way meaner forums. But 90% of the time I'm on my best behavior! I'm mean, I'm still a jerk and all, but a decidedly mild-mannered one. ;)
Well yeah, DD is still way nicer than most other forums but I've just noticed some people being less than polite lately. More than usual. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood and noticing it more, though.

blech, i thought i was over my sickness, so i went for a run. i only got two miles before i stopped. i might have kept going, if my dog didnt have to use the restroom. but prolly not for much longer. my time was 5 minutes slower than my fastest. and since i stopped i've been coughing up flem like no other. it's almost as bad as if i hadnt ran in several months….yuck, i hope tomorrow's better.
(i ran a total of 4 miles, but i only ran 2 miles at a time)

Yeah, that's the sort of thing I'm talking about. Not exactly hurtful, but not nice either.
I'm not going to 4/20…I can't skip school for it(I've missed too many classes) and most of the festivities will be over by the time I can get there. Boooooo, next year I'll have to save up enough absences to be able to be there all day. I want my picture in the paper. :)

If it's La Cage Au Faux, then that's what you get. As far as I know that entire movie is meant to show how perverted people considered gays.
Speaking of which, I can't remember if it's La Cage Au Faux or The Birdcage, but my family owns the bright red jumpsuit with red rubies, yellow feathers on the cuffs and the big yellow tuft of fur on the crotch from the movie. We got it from a lady whose kids worked in the movie industry. My brother used to wear it to parties my parents would host at our house, and he once greeted my girlfriend of the time's parents at the door in it. They never talked to my parents again after that.
And now I've forgotten what I was going to share. Just goes to say it probably wasn't as important as I thought if I've forgotten.

They do kind of have a point, if the artist took the time to learn to construct and draw a background it would be much more rewarding to them then requesting someone else to do it for them. If not then nvm :lol
Everyone has been saying my theme for my comic No Talent is I have no talent. Its not! The only time it comes up is in Page 2. The rest is jokes! I should have never of named it that if people were only going to look at my banner and the first two pages and think they know what my comic is about D:<

That's what made me write that, but I've noticed it in other posts as well. As well as people not really caring what other people in threads have to say, just adding on their own thoughts without reading or responding to the ones before theirs.
I just thought it was very brusque. If they had said it in the way you just did, it would have been a lot more constructive.

I don't think that was really the issue. If you wish for someone to draw backgrounds for you, that's fine but it should be respected. Imagine if I made a post saying "Need a writer! It's EASY! SO COME ON! DON'T BE LAZY YOU LAZY WRITERS!". Writer and background artist are both things that need skill, patience, and experience to achieve well. Saying it's easy and that you should join because of that is rather ignorant of their importance.
The people who responded in the thread should have been much nicer about it though.
Perhaps some explanation- in my opinion there have been a lot of forum topics/discussions/posts lately that have been "face/palm" inspiring. Just silly, stupid, or ignorant stuff that they probably wouldn't have posted if they had thought twice. Maybe that stuff just comes in waves, and this is the first one I've caught since I got here.
My usual reaction, once the "Oh no you didn't!" reflex fades and I, ya know, think twice before posting, is: "Oh, wait- that dude's like, half my age. He probably doesn't know any better. Hormones and stuff. Poor parental guidance. Too much TV. Sheesh. Kids today."
This is not as awesome as i thought it'd be. but granted, it's only the first.
It's supposed to be darker, and more fullmetally than before. but it has the traditional anime that most people dont like. (the massive expressions and very low detail outlines when someone's sad or outcasted) it just doesnt work. kind of made me upset, i was so pumped for something darker than the original. but it's not so far. but like i said, that's only the first half hour of the OVA.
also i like that the art is only slightly different.
I just kind of said the mean thing in passing, it's not a big deal and is probably just me being in a bad mood after spring being a huge letdown so far.
I still do want friends, though. I tend to dislike people my age, so it's tough for me to make them at school. Maybe I'll just start talking to random people on the bus.
