Checked it out, and here's what I got's to say. ;)

A veeerry interesting story line. The comic itself, in it's infancy is a little hard to follow. Character dimensions kind of change a little, and it's a little hard to tell who is who. But, once you get a feel for the art style, it becomes much easier to distinguish what's going on, on the page.

As a manga, it follows the popular starting method of the reader (and the main character) having no knowledge of what's going on. This method is pretty slick, because once the story ends, you go back and re-read it, and everything falls into place perfectly. Ups the replay value, so to speak.

Artistically, it's fairly simplistic, but this is offset by the well-placed page orientation, and dynamic camera angles. The lineart in the beginning comics is pretty rough, but it soon becomes much more legible and crisp. Also, the occasional colored strips are really very nice, especially the cover page, and the 40th page as well.

Final thoughts- Although at the beginning, it's kind of frustrating not knowing what's going on, the quick panels and sizeable archive make this comic a worthy read. Also, chapter one just finished, and I'm anxious to see what chapter two holds in store.

Wignut sez: Check it out. It was a good read.
