Yeah, if you're neutral, you're gonna have to head to canada. Rosencron requires that EVERYBODY register, else you'll be hunted down like a dog for disobeying him, whether or not you're 'with' Riot.

Actually I'm just on the side of Riot cause i wasn't asked to register nicely. I don't like being told what to do like that. It's the rebel in me, its reflex.

Nikai is neutral for her own reasons. If you read the comic you will know soon why. Its actually kind of sad. Any ways. I'm am not going to canada…although it is quite lovely. Besides! I already bribed Rosencron with brownies.

I will never go near the Canadian border. I may be neutral but I know when to (insert cheesy Scotish accent) fight for my freedom. Here is the thing to remember some neutrals join for their own reasons and are more powerful than those who fight for a side. Remember, it's the quiet ones that'll get you. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
