One: There should be some rule against those stupid, generic female characters who don't seem to enjoy sex in any shape or form.

Two: Why doesn't any woman who ever has something forced in her mouth ever clamp down forcefully with their teeth to provoke a withdrawal? If you're getting raped by tentacles, the last thing you should do is capitulate to their desire for oral sex!

3) Women don't get orgasms while getting raped. Last I remember, it only happens if she's really enjoying the experience. I've seen lots of anime where the women are obviously getting sex forced on them, and they end up with orgasms at the end…

Well, correct me if I'm wrong on this…
