I am working on a web site community, and actually needing someone to help me with artwork such a unique buttons, background layouts and what not, and a logo for the site. The site is a community forum, where no one needs to register, to join in on conversations.
We will be having it where if they want to register their name, they have to pay 10 dollars every 6 months, and any Artist working to help, will slowly get a cut out of these profits.

Also if you feel you like it, and want to help out more than just Artwork, share the link and tell them the samething. The more people we have, the better work gets done on it. The site's rules will be based on what the community wants, and thus maybe that will also help with making design choices.
