Hey, everyone. I thought I would create this thread so artists of the issue can look here for certain references and also information and tweaks to the script. It is also a good way to keep track of pages and also asign more to artists. Keep an eye on this thread - for those working on the script I will also email you so you can keep an eye here for references (particularly of the building) and also slight changes in names and scripts.
Thanks,
Chris.

EDIT - melsr split both his pages into 2 so the spacing would work out more neater. I haven't added any extra pages in the script. For those assigned a page, do the one you were assigned originally - the pages (after page eight) all bump an extra one though due to melsr's extra, beautiful pages.
A big thank you to all those involved, too!

CHANGES
Due to it also being the last name of Shell (completely my mistake) - The Kimura Clan will now be called The Bakuto Clan: if this is mentioned anywhere in the script please remember to change it. I will look through the pages sent to me and correct if needed - but just to let you all know that this is a change.
According to my handy friend fukujinzuke, "tso" isn't really in the Japanese alphabet - so the name Yuki Matsomuro will be changed to Matsumuro. Again, if this is in the script at all please do change this - if not, I will after looking at the pages.

Page 28 takes place in the sky and a battle between the bigger powerhouses of the team. If you'd like I could send you a PQ regarding this page?

I'm available to color a few pages if that helps anyone.
:)
As long as the page is inked (not loose pencils) and as long as there is sufficient refernces of the characters and settings so that I don't have to keep emailing people back and forth with annoying questions like "what color is Fred's glove?" and whatnot. PM or email me at dlsan3000@gmail.com
That's great. I may be wrong about this, but AcTs may need assistance for his pages (I think you worked with him before on the current issue, correct? I'll keep you update. Thanks for the offer!

ironhand - can you create a list of links to all reference images needed for this chapter and add it to the first post please? Thanks!

Feel free to sign me up for more pages, Chris, I have found space between designing and work where I can fit in at least 3 more pages (maybe more if you need me as a back-up)

Okay guys, here's what I've got for the building (this is what it looks like from the outside) The four barriers on each corner of the building (where it taller) is where The Bujin will be watching. The roof is where mostly everything takes place - and the floor is just standard for that (I'm thinking very dark colours - though we will not see much due to the amount of ninja). The elevator does go up the longer sides also, though it stops by the roof. Hopefully this helps - please let me know guys if you want me to add interior - though this can be covered with the amount of ninja, I think.

What kind of hat is the Baku wearing? Is it like a beanie or is that his hair? Does he have a goate or no facial hair?

Since we haven't seen him that much, I drew a quick facial style guide for Amalgam.

Here's one for the Baku based on assumptions of what that is on his head.

Hey, Brad. No, that is The Baku's hair - sorry for the mix-up. And no, he has no facial hair. Good facial guide for the characters there (apart from the minor part of that being The Baku's hair)
Thanks, if anyone has any questions about their pages please do ask.

Print size is 2100 x 3150 pixels. (Resolution doesn't matter.) It's not a strict requirement, but if it's considerably below 2100 x 3150, the page won't look too good in print.

Is there a place where contributors can see the finished pages as their completed?

I think one way for that to happen is if all contributers had a dropbox installed on their computer.  like an Intranet, (not internet). It works very simple and its all internet connected for free.
Once you finished a picture, you put it in a folder, lets say marked as, "HA issue". like a hard drive, right click your picture, Copy, then paste it to that folder marked "HA Issue". Anyone of us will see it as an update in the Dropbox. We open the file by, right clicking that picture and copy only. Paste it on our hard drive and we have it…
There is one draw back. If you were to drag the image from the drop box, you will be removing it from the drop box. Always copy and Paste it somewhere on your hard drive.  The drop box works very much like the Brifecase for windows with a network connected to it. The drop box will look like it's on your Harddrive but its not. You can even open files from the dropbox if you don't need a copy. this is how I send large files if the E-mail can't do it.
