*Pico smiled as he grabbed the dish*
Pico:alright boy just give me a minute.*the red fox walked to his fridge and took out a frozen steak. but not being the best cook in the world he started to cook it useing a weak fire spell…oddly enough after a few minutes it was cooked perfectly. he then place the meat on the dish and the dish on the floor*this is for being the best dog ever.
Max:woof!*the dog then starts to eat it*
Pico:right*he then looked at Trigger who looked bored*come on Trigger.
Trigger:alright*the 3 then walked out of the apartment and as they walked Pico was curious about somthing.*
Pico:hey Mia…what is this special project of yours anyway?.*Pico was curious because the last special project he worked on made him armless for a year or so.*
Mia: Well you know that Artificial Portal Generator that doc created ages ago? I was trying to create one of those for you and have it installed in trigger that way you guys can get around more and travel anywhere. However there are still some probelms I can't figure out. that's why I wanted to bring you in on it.
Pico:to be fair if it wern't for Jazz my lab would be a mess as well.*he then looked around untill he saw a high tech looking pistol which he then picked up*is this 1 of the weapons?
*Mia looked at the gun as if admireing a famous sculpture.*
Mia:uh yes.
Pico:ok Trigger you know what to do.*the robot nods as he got close to the gun he then combined into it almost makeing it look like alien tech except there were rune symbols similar to the inside of that cave in England.of course Pico dosn't exactly have memories of going their so he didn't make the comparison.Trigger then seperated from the gun but like Pico's sword it didn't change back to normal*good job buddy.
Mia:(note to self look more into that sequence and see what else it can adapt) Anyway, *looks through her stuff* Ah, here it is!*holds up what looks like a silver bracelet that looks very diffrent* The new APG. It still needs work and I need to get around the main problem with it. After all, I don't think you want to be lost in time and space.
*Pico was looking at the pistol wishing he had a holster luckily the nanobots responded and made 1 next to one of his pockets which he then put it on their.honestly he hasn't really had been trained to use a pistol before just a sniper rifle*
Pico:true the last thing we need is to be sent into space.now what is it you need help with exactly?.
Mia: exactly that.*pulls up the blueprints* there seems to be instructions on how to change that. the problem is it needs an extra set of hands to get some of the work done as a few things need changed at the same time.*flips a few compartments open* afterwords we'll give it to trigger and then test it.
*Pico looked at the little device then at the blue prints*
Pico:i think i get it…*he then started to work on it and after a while..* that should do it no chance of miscalculatations now…Trigger?*the robot did his thing and the metal bracelet was now more advanced. it was a bit bigger with a big red button and lots of little buttons with numbers on it.*
*Pico looked at the device as he sighs since he knows Mia is ownly half right because any good inventor would tell you. not everything is complete without a propper field test.but then what should he type*
Pico:*Pico sweated as he thought of the posabilities*(maybe i could go back to before Doc was injured and warned him…no thats to complicated…)how do i test somthing like this?
Mia:well, *pulls up a sheet of paper*according to Doc's notes…it say you can use it to travel anywhere in the world just like shadowblade could, you would think of the place and after it would take you there. Course there was one temporary side effect to it but I think because we had trigger do his…thing its been supressed.(that or it will amplify it 200% and change you into a feamle or in his case, a Vixin, but the odds of that happening before the first 5 uses is very very low.) why don't we try something simple first like transporting to the mall area for a bite?
Pico:hungry huh? alright lets see here…(take us to the mall…)*suddenly as if Pico knew what he was doing he pushed the numbers 1 2 and 3 in sequence then the red button makeing a big flash of light envelope around the 2 foxxes and robot teleporting them to the mall*
*Pico subconciously looked himself over because for some reason Docs inventions tend to screw him over 1 way or another.*
Mia:everything in the right place?
Pico:more or less…
Mia:good then lets get somthing to eat.
*Trigger on the other hand looked bored since he dosn't see why he should come. he dosn't even eat.*
Pico:…i had a nightmare last night…
Mia:oh what was it about?
Pico:im…im not sure a ritual maybe? it was weird…their were these 2 stones 1 had a picture of a blue feather the other was a red star…Trigger was atatched to it somehow and all i wanted was him to turn on and break free.and a familiar voice in my head kept telling me to choose my destiny so i punched 1 of the symbols and it explode wakeing me up. it was freaky how real it felt and that scares me.
*Now you woud think Mia would have let this go however her eyes trailed down and to the side and her food in her hands were now on the table. part of her seemed to phase out at half of what pico had said. what she said next however would sound odd to him. her tone was that of worried*
Mia:…oh, this again.*sighs* was trigger involved in any way?
Pico:uh yeah…he was stuck to somthing like a control panel.sigh this is getting rediculous its like the dream is trying to tell me somthing but i don't understand what that is*he then sighed and then smiled at her*but don't worry about it i just thought you should know.
Mia:…I suppose.(darn it. why…why would they choose now to make him play with fate? should I- he needs to. but maybe this isn't so bad. he's still chosen me rather than anything else. I know he would. My sweet Pico.) Pico…I think I need to tell you something important that might corolate with the dream. but you have to promise me that no matter what you'll always stay near and try to accept it, ok?
Mia:*feels a bit better* Alright. well it all started back when we were dating, after you found trigger and you got Demon Pico(though these days I suppose he's more of a darker half than an evil one. maybe he should take concideration to changing his name to just dark pico…Oh! Im getting off topic.) anyway after that all happened, a bit later you went to DN's I believe Trigger was with you but you didn't say much. I'd like to think that trigger may have recorded it that day since you 2 used to be inseperable then.
Trigger:…oh! you mean the conversation about how pico chooses to use me can result in the way are combind ablilties play if used for good or evil?
Mia: that's what happened there that day!?
Trigger: more or less.
Mia:well you heard it from his…processer and not mine. I already know you would use him for good, but maybe your dream was asking you to choose again seeing how your still missing some memories amking sure this was still you or something like that.
