This is more of a guess than an answer but seeing as the heroes who turned up were all American, I'd probably say one of the big cities - New Roscoe or New York, most likely.

Has anyone made a map of HA or HU landmarks or cities? New York exist but so does fracture city, (am I saying the city name right?) it would be nice to know where fictional one are at. This way I know where to place my story. Thanks a bunch.

I did up a simple map for Fracture City since I needed to work some stuff out for plot purposes.

It's on the coast but beyond that I didn't have a specific location in mind for it - and may not ever lock that down unless I need to. Noone knows exactly where Gotham City is, after all…
