This guy here was someone that Ironhand and I were working on together so I thought I would give my design of him and see what you guys think, though I'm sure Iron will have a way cooler version in mind :D
Anyway this is the Cinemaniac. He's just a human who just happens to have a laser weapon in the shape of a old movie camera.  my origin idea for him was that he's obsessed hates Brad Stone and wants to become his nemisis.
