I've been doing the local (Houston/Galveston, TX) juried art shows for a lot of years with large scale charcoal/acrylic works. Recently a health challenge or two has necessitated spending less time standing at an easel so I figure it's as good a time as any to dip my toes in comic making….something I've wanted to try out for eons but have never found the time for. Getting re-acquainted with pen & ink after 25+ years has proved to be a bit frustrating at times but, man oh man, telling a story is cathartic enough to make it worthwhile whether I'm making any sense to anyone else or not!
