even the tiniest file wont post

No Error message, no indication of a file to big or anything, just clicks back to no file chosen lowering the size did nothing, trying it on different computers did nothing. is anyone else having this problem?
has the duck just stopped? is it time to find a new site?

Not sure of the issue here. The site should still be working.

You have to add a page title.
Then it will work.
We need to have that as a required field :(
