A simple cook's assistant has been having a pretty hard time of it lately. Not because of her job, oh no. Because of her name- Workout Dude. What kind of a name is that for a girl? She sets out to fix that problem and of course the most logical solution is to have a wizard change her into a guy. Her chef's hat sets off a deadly explosion due to a magical amulet's finicky nature, and then she (now he) gets caught up with an overeager adventurer, a reluctant best friend, and the palace's secret police. Nothing's ever easy, is it? Workout Dude's adventures are good fun, and the creator's improvement over the years is pretty impressive too!
