My name is Christopher J McMillen, I'm a 33 year old tattoo artist from Kentucky. Comics have been the love of my life for as long as I can remember. The hours I've poured into reading comics probably surpasses anything else I do, other than drawing, painting, and tattooing anyway :) I've drawn since I could hold a pencil and entered private oil painting lessons at the age of 12. I became a professional apprenticed tattoo artist 10 years ago in an effort to stay involved in art and work in a field that would afford me the opportunity to use my skills to make a living! Now I am the manager of Modern Age Tattoo Company in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I tattoo full time, 5 days week, and in my downtime, stay busy with a plethora of side projects, like gig posters, tee shirt designs, and recently, Mars Attacks and Star Wars sketch cards for Topps. But I've always wanted to publish some kind of comic. I've drawn dozens of unused comic pages that have never seen the light of day, but recently,with a coworker of mine, started getting serious about finally trying to put something comic oriented into play. Other than a 4 page chapter in the Lousiville Cartoonists Society anthology #1, this is the first of my comic work I've ever put out for public viewing.
