Is there a map mapping out most of the locations like Platinum HQ, Glargs landing site, the site of the great ban, the medic tent …etc?
If you make one I request that you put a land fill somewhere in it. Then make both the sewers and subway run underneath it. It would work so great to my story, since I plan to nestle my base right underneath it and between the two systems. Of course my base will be blown up, but I need a point of reference to draw the towering explosion that disintegrates the landfill and my base.

I could fit a city dump in these.

1. An asylum or a prison.
2. A city hall.
3. A graveyard with at least 1 angel statue and 1 cross for dramatic covers and splash panels.
4. A hospital for grity heroes to reluctantly recover in while contemplating how they were injured.
5. A clocktower or other historic landmark that towers above everything else. It has to have gargoyles for heroes to perch next to and look cool.
6. Something in permanent contruction for heroes to fight in that "hangs open like a rotting wound".
7. An office building or HQ for some CEO that has a large glass face to break through durring aerial battles.
8. A radio or TV station with some kind of antenna or globe at the top. Or both.
9. A spooky house and/or cave that actually leads into some kinda underground lair.
10. Love.
EDIT:
11. Church (One abandoned, one manned?)
12. Abandoned Peir-Side Carnival With Creepy Burtonesque animals
13. Tree Filled Park For sneakyness and nature lovers
14. Food Factory= Food Fight?
15. School…
16. Comic Convention
17. Zac Base
18. Riot Base
19. London Senate?

And here's the Key(Should include most of what Hero asked for):
1. Platinum Bay Penitentiary (prison)
2. Platinum Bay City Hall
3. Bayside Cemetery
4. Platinum Bay Community Hospital
5. Gothic Cathedral which towers above the area with its clocktower (St. Michaels)
6. Ambrose Towers mini-mall (Abandoned after a tidalwave hit the area; half finished)
7. Gladchip Industries HQ
8. The Daily Sand (Newspaper/television station(Channel 4 news))
9. 97.6 Platinum bay Weather and News
10. Florence Island(With secret seaside cave)
11. Bayside First Methodist church
12. St. Augustine's Catholic Church (Abandoned after tidalwave hit the area)
13. Aster's Carnival of the Bizarre (Abandoned, even before the tidal wave hit; due to bankruptcy)
14. Oakland Park
15, 16, 17. Platinum Bay City schools (Elementary, middle and high)
18. Platinum Bay convention Center (Currently hosting The Platinum area Comicon)
19. Zac Base- a mountain complex with barracks, and other military-like features; well established)
20. Riot Base- an underwater resort and casino that went bankrupt and was abandoned, but Hero fixed it up and it now serves as Riot's base of operations. It can only be accessed from Florence Island, the sewer-tunnels, and the Pier 56 restaurant.

Yes, believe me it was hard enough trying to find a parking space.
