  The story takes place in the near future, in japan where all kind of creatures are in law. As for people there is police for them too. In each country there are units who are responsiable to keep peace. Creatures who will not abide the law will be punished. One day a person enters to this corporation, whos identity is unknown to the rest of members. Only the one who is in the top knows but do they realy knows everything... Maybe they just figures on someones game board...
