    Hilltown is as simple as it sounds, a town in the hills. Within this town lives Professor White Subaru, an innovative mad scientist who creates all kinds of crazy gadgets for both the town's benefit as well as his own personal gain. Working alongside him is his grandson, Blue Subaru. Together these two find themselves in hilarious and ridiculous situations due to the inventions created in each chapter.
