My Name is Malik (Muh-Leek) you've no idea how many have pronounced that one wrong.
I live in Los Angeles with my girlfriend (sorry ladies) and my annoying cat, Socrates. I think it's safe to assume you are not here to read about my cat. (but if you are you can visit his website)
I am an artist….who rambles on way too much for too long. So I am a writer as well. I won't bore you with my influences, or my life story, simply because if you look at my art work or read my stories (or both) I believe that you can find all those things. whether or not I am good is totally subjective, but I obviously believe in myself enough to make this website and I think that says something.
I'm interested in working with just about anyone with a functioning brain and a sturdy fortitude for blunt criticism. My work consists mostly of cartooning, pencils, inks, storyboards, character designs, and backgrounds. On the writing side of things I am a bit of a novice, however I am very well versed in the art form that is story telling.
