About
Reckless Hero was founded in 2012 to create comic art for your homes and your bodies. The early days of the business was focused on developing art for t-shirts and art prints but in early 2015 Reckless Hero published its first comic ‘The Last Sheriff’. Our company is now geared towards developing more great titles and working with a range of other stunning artists to bring vivid comic designs and stories to life.
Reckless Hero was created by the Chris Imber, Chris Jenkins and Matthew King; friends (and former band mates) for over a decade. We are active on the comic convention circuit in the UK, visiting not only the larger conventions but also the smaller events focussed more on small press titles. Operation: Boom is an action packed adventure full of high octane thrills, big explosions and kick-ass fight scenes. Written and illustrated by Chris Imber and coloured by Chris Jenkins, Operation: Boom is the second title out of the Reckless Hero stable. Following the exploits of a mis-fit crew led by Captain. Their mission is to retrieve the Arkurus Drive, which controls all the drone armies of the Dominion. Without the drive the Dominion are completely defenceless, with the drive in their enemies hands their whole way of life is under threat.

The Last Sheriff is a futuristic western action/adventure comic written by Chris Jenkins and illustrated by Chris Imber. The story follows John H. Wilson, a former Sheriff in the new territories, who chances upon Rose in the hands of some local thugs. The pair join together to escape the clutches of the evil coalition and set about toppling the corrupt regime and bringing law and order back to the new territories.
