Bob Smithson was the world's most average man until the day he suddenly became a weirdness magnet. Strange, paranormal things now happen to him on an almost daily basis: spaceships crash into his roof, dragons perch in his yard, his peanut butter comes to life because of his neighbor's experiments. He sees it all through with surprising grace because, despite his seemingly infinite normalcy, he does have a few outstanding qualities: he is very decent and kind, he has an uncommon amount of common sense, and he's a little too thick-skulled to grasp the implications of the things he keeps stumbling into.
