About

Artist | Professional | Traditional Art
I've been drawing as long as I could hold a pen. I grew up on a steady diet of cartoons, comics and action figures. Some big influences are:
60s and 70s anime (Speed Racer, Gatchaman, Space Cruiser Yamato, Harlock, Mazinger, Astroboy). Go Nagai, Leiji Matsumoto, and Osamu Tezuka are my kings.
American animation (Hanna-Barbera 60s action cartoons, Bruce Timm's DC Animated work and classic WB and Disney animation.
Comics (both American and Japanese). Huge Jack Kirby fan. Alex Toth, Acuna, Ramos, Art Adams, Francesco Francavilla and Paul Pope are among many that blow my mind.
Other than that, I'm a huge film fan. Love horror, exploitation, Itallian horror, Giallo, Eurocrime, etc.
