About

What's in a name?  I've been called a lot over the years, but I most identify with these days are "nerd" and "dad".  Being a nerd growing up never slowed me down.  Being a nerd as an adult only means it is my responsibility that my kids know the important things in life…like Han shooting first, Why Khan Noonien Singh is a badass and how to spot a Browncoat.  I figure if they can appreciate the differences between Dilithium Crystals and Kaiburr Crystals, then I figure I have them on their way.
So why is all this important?  Ive been writing for years.  Poetry, Short Stories, Long Stories.  Scarily, I sometimes feel like Kevin Spacy in "Seven" (the collections of writings, not the whole psycho-murderer thing) and over the last year, Ive decided to go digital.  I tweet occasionally, blog when work and home permit over all sorts of random things, and now…now I'm on The Duck, working with my oldest child on a comic of our own.  I figure I've read my share over the years, I'd like to at least try.  So I'm the DJ, she's the Rapper (some of you are old enough to appreciate that) and she puts a visual flair to my work that Ive never been able to.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a read, and feel free to chat us up anytime.
