  While investigating some strange electromagnetic phenomenons in Siberia, a team of scientists finds what appear to be a giant stone structure which is responsible for the anomalies they were studying. Half a world away, two strange characters confront each other and, amidst predictions of the end of the world, reveal themselves much more, or much less, than ordinary humans… What or who are these strange characters? What’s their connection to the structure found in the Siberian tundra? What is the structure, who built it and why?
