So, folks,

What are your resolutions for your comics for the new year? How many pages, issues, etc do you plan to finish this year? Are you going to publish? Please sahre…

I plan 2 pages a week of "Phineus"-related stories, plus my normal 3 full color strips of "Weirdlings" http://www.weirdlings.com a week.
(Give or take, a 1 page week to a 3 page week)

What say you?

Barry

One page a week for both Greetings and Salutations and Krazy Katie.

My goal…. is to maintain a steady 3 strips per week update without missing any days. Might have to happen if something really drastic happens, but I'm working hard against it. I also want to get the extra pages and information together and set up an 'official' website for our comic. And lastly… I want to promote our comic well and get more readers.

Reach 100 comics by may 16th and perfect my Blobman style.

More updates, wich means I'll try to keep up with (at least) once a week for a while, and then move on to 2 or 3 times.

Next to that I'd like to start a new series. Or two, but I'm not sure that's gonna happen.

My resolution is to have FantastiTeam still running by the time January 1, 2008 hits.

Improve my art by a long way.

That would be nice. :)

To make an actual update schedule, and improve on my drawing style. Those are a couple things I need to do.

This year I plan to

- Not have a hiatus longer than four days

- Be apart of a printed comic

- Be featured on the front page

- Start EtD3 and have a good artist for it

- Be a good enough artist I'll never have to ask for another one

- Have Aus Comics update weekly

- Publish another novel based on GG

Well, here goes my list.

-Try to go from two to three updates a week.
-Add some extra stuff for my site (like a cast bio page).
-Get better at coloring.
-Maybe do a non manga-styled webcomic on the side.
-And of course, attract more readers.

I always hate thinking of a resolution for myself. In a way I feel that I should just do something because I'm supposed to do it, not because I had to pick a goal at the start of the year. Anyway, if I had to pick something… I guess I'd like to say to get at least 3 comics out a week for the whole year. I know daily would be a more impressive goal, but with school and all I know I won't be able to do it. Really, though, my ultimate goal for the year is to finish this year of college and still get enough cash together to finish up next year.

I'm going to really try to start a webcomic.

Mine also is "to actually start one."

I have a great overall comic idea, and about 10 or so stories already lined up in my head (1 fully scripted, 2 more half scripted already)…. but I guess I don't like drawing much any more. :/ If I can just make myself start drawing then I will have a comic to get on with!

I kind of miss having a webcomic here, and getting comments, and having things to look forward to, and feeling like I'm producing stuff… I'm just not so keen on the drawing. :(

well, there are enough artists around here.
…collaborate.

It's impossible to find free, reliable artists. :) Plus I know I'm the type who'd be picky about the art and stuff. I'm just too lazy to do it myself.

Mine is to get my first storyline redrawn including new director's cut strips and into print.

Since resolutions are made to be broken anyway, I'll go with creating some awesome new comic with an entirely different style and tone than the one I already do.
