The sparring has begun! And what's some sparring between teen boys with sharp metal swords that are totally not the safe training swords without crass banter?

I'm just so happy I get to create my own world again, without needing to cross-check a gazillion times with 300 history books! …okay, yes, I'm still cross-checking with a ton of history books again, but this time because I'm mixing and matching, and seeing to make this world feel old. Very old.

Anyway, in the background is a glimpse of one of the castle's courtyards, I had a ton of fun making it, and a bit of whimpering because DETAILS. Ditto for the sword choreography.

So, next update will be on Friday, September 30 and it's very hard not to update daily for like a week and then have no buffer. XD If you want to see what's next now, though, you can become my patron!
