About
I'm white, male, 44, domestic partnered(!) and have a 6 year old son.
These are some of my influences: For art, it was TinTin and later John Byrne/Terry Austin X-Men. I loved that wonderful detail, it was my first art love. I've decided my style is some weird evolved blend of TinTin and Byrne/Austin and drafting class from 7th grade.
For writing, I was influenced by the spirit of Monty Python, Dave Barry, Scott McCloud and Early Star Trek, and Babylon 5.
As for print comic that inspired me or I loved, it would have to be Watchmen, Classic Legion up to the first reboot, Sandman, Milestone's Blood Syndicate and Xombi.
Web comics I like that are not on Drunk Duck are Sacred Pie,
, Spaceboiz, Khaos Komic, Fabricari, Copper.
Sites with art I like: Templar Arizona, Prodigy Grey, Precession, Two Rooks.
Scott McCloud, Zot! and Creating Comics were huge influences on me.
