The Czarina will long remember the People's many contributions with a grateful heart, and that such public proclamation has been tardy makes it no less sincere.

The concern was how to present - in some interesting fashion - a wall of text.  After hours of deliberation, the Czarina shrugged her shoulders, entered that little room off the Reception Hall, the one with the velvet drapes, and took a picture of the Call Board. And so it ends.
