Page 15, if you can't read landscape on portrait, is brought to us by - Ta Dah:  ozoneocean!  This shouldn't be too big of a surprise, since Oz did some pretty spectacular work for last year's comic.
Another not-surprise is that Oz is an administrator here at Drunk Duck.  He is.  And that's how he gets to draw, in only the most superb fashion, Max and Bill as Maxine and Wilhemina.
