The panels with Ru in them are completely new, the rest have updated special effects.

Like last week, there will be more updates than just Sunday this week.

The rain effect is pretty easy - in Photoshop _-_ I don't know if I could do it on another program.

-Make a new layer over the panel at 25% opacity and fill it entirely with gray.
-Go to Filters >> Add Noise, and add some Gaussian monochromatic noise.
-Go to Filters >> Blur >> Motion Blur and set it for whatever you want. Usually a higher amount makes the rain look heavier.
-And finally, Image >> Adjust >> Brightness/Contrast - here I only mess with the contrast, and as with the blur effect, the more contrast, the heavier the rain looks.
