The Portland Aerial Tram crosses over the I-5 freeway, and then travels above Portland’s Southern neighborhood residential area, up the hill, to OHSU. I would imagine that the tram doesn’t normally wobble around like that, let alone, whether Tag can hang on himself, as well as Janice Lowe.
