I'm sort on time tonight so I'm going to actually talk about the comic for once rather then ranting. This is the first issue I edited. Originally Peril the succubus spoke in non-seismical Japanese and was only tended to be one of the many variations of Gil's memory of the "Hotty Mage Chick", however she become immediately popular (I wonder why), and quickly became a regular cast member despite several efforts to kill her off. She was unofficially named Peril from the start but it wasn't until much later that it was stated in the series.

I'm looking forward to DC comics Infinite Crisis impending trade paperback. Infinite crisis and the hype surrounding it has rekindled my love for American comics and set me on a path to slowly collect the best graphic novels from the last 2 years.

It has also rekindled my long time desire to write a dramatic comic series. Sadly Misadventure and Malcontents two humor/action/drama series and Vampire Noir my darkest work to date have all suffered from unavailable artists and slipped in the indefinite hiatus. Though I hope to bring all three back in one form or another if the opportunity presents itself at the moment I'm focused on a new project leaving insufficient time for resurrecting old series. If I had my choice I'd like to work for DC comics on an spin off original comic series.
