I'm feeling very repressed and dumped on lately. It has been dragging me down. It is the little things that add up sometimes. I know what my problem is but I've yet to find a solution. I think I just need a day to unplug and find some true satifaction as opposed to momentary divertion like you get from video games or movies which I don't really have time for at the moment.

Soooooooo I think I am going to go swimming saturday. I love swimming and it will be good exersize. I think that will finally let me get loose enough to just unstress for a while get myself back it the game. I don't like being down so I have this bad habit of doing whatever I feel I need to do for myself. I'm not content to say down like some people are, if your not on some level enjoying life what is the point really?

So wish me luck at the pool all. Who knows I might even meet an attractive female type there. And lets look forward to better times ahead.
