Also have the mouths open when they talk, don't use bad recolors like that Bass and try to make your own characters. Most people would think Megaman is controling a red Bass as his momodo.

Try not to let the tails cover the sprites faces, just point them to the top or side of thier heads. Not right into the mouth.
