Taking the last panel, on the far left is Mad Dog, on the far right is Dr. Laser, both were featured in the chapter Things Change. The fellows in the middle are the colourful Wormhole and Mr. Wilson (aka Hax'ooxan, aka The Dictator), both were mentioned in the same story. The lady is Zephyr who was seen in the nineties story Rock Paper Scissors.

So this chapter ends. It will be continued in a tale called Groundwar, right after the next little interlude Heaven and Back. Hope to see you relatively soon.
