The third panel depicts Jack sitting in front of his computer… it's not all that clear, so I thought I'd point it out. The idea behind that is that the creature's reaction prompts an energy fluctuation in the Melville region. It's not that important, just a little detail.

I really like how the toning on the steam in panel 4 turned out ^^

TheMidge28: Not exactly… the idea is that the reactor is connected to the energy grid supplying the area with electricity, and the creature is causing fluctuations. It's not directly supplying energy… but the details will be revealed later. Naomi has somehow made contact with the creature, thus she feels what he feels. So he's cold, and she empathizes. Thanks!
