TheMidge28: I don't blame you for being confused ^^ The situation is this: We don't really know about Michelle's boyfriend yet. But we know she either dates or used to be dating Milo (from the flashbacks, but it's not explicitly said that they ARE flashbacks). Jack has a crush on Michelle, but is far too intimidated by her to make a move. He wants to avoid her, so he's not happy he has to call her. And Naomi is emotionally stirred by whatever happened at the reactor (we don't know what exactly either, except that she somehow made contact with the creature). From all we know, Naomi and Jack are "just" friends.
