It's a rare occasion for me to announce a personal milestone - because making comics just takes so damn long! But after about seven years of more or less continuously working on this comic I can proudly announce that as of today the first five episodes are finished! Why is this so significant? Because this page right here is the last of my "old" pages, meaning from now on I'll be completely free of my past!
If everything goes smoothly weekly updates should continue with brand-new episode 6! But first there'll be a lil' contest next week to celebrate. Prizes will be kept secret until next week, since revealing them now would give away yet another announcement… hope you're going to participate!
In the meantime, if ever there was a right time to tell me what you've liked or not liked about this comic: This is it! Because now I can actually take your criticism/requests into consideration, meaning it might influence future plots. For instance, is there anything you wish to see more or less of in the near future? Which questions would you most like to be answered, which plot lines developed more thoroughly?
In any event, thanks a lot to everyone who has been reading and commenting so far!
On another note, since Fitz already pointed out how Naomi reminded him of Elisha Cuthbert (one time) or Hayden Panettiere (several times), I'll tell you who I'd cast as Naomi (and as Bombshell, incidentally) here.
EDIT:
DAJB: We'd all like to know… well, technically I should know already :-) Midge: Good guess but… wait and see :-) Nepath & trevoramueller: Thanks! Fitz: Ep. 6 will pick up right where we leave here, so you shouldn't be at the edge of your seat for too long :-) I didn't even think of the possibility of deleting just a DNA sequence… though I doubt there'd come anything out of cloning a faulty sequence that would resemble some life form we know :-)
