The broader and emptier a page or panel seems, the slower and quieter the story moves. This entire scene is full of pauses and awkward silence versus how Sandy and Shadow's fight is going to be full of color and movement.

Anyway. Mom's almost back to her old routine. The only downside is that her ab muscles are still not supporting her well, so she still can't lift heavy things or walk for too long. Right now what's flooding my time is my new job (I'm salary now! Most money I've EVER earned in a job. What a blessing!), wedding planning and the fact that we're moving on January 1st. AGAIN. :)
