Hee hee! I find it funny that people have been chanting CHAOS CONTROL for so long. A nice chunk of Sonic continuities show that Shadow doesn't use Chaos Control unless he is in the presence of at LEAST one emerald (but that is up for debate whether you're thinking of old game, new game, or Archie Comic continuities). It is, after all, not an attack ,but a power that can momentarily harness the uncontrollable nature of the chaos emeralds (Again, up for debate but highly logical).  I'm surprised some people didn't even consider during all this time that Shadow in AGENCY doesn't use his powers because he can't.

But what's the point of all that if you're now seeing what looks like the beginnings of a Chaos Spear forming over Shadow's fist? Ah, well. I'm just surprised no one considered. :)
