Ancient Experiments page 10. Genesis of the Grey G.A.L.s

Everyone who has read any of the comics I've done thus far should be familiar with the Grey Guys and Gals. They were initially a spoof of Gray aliens who were all too human and silly with names like Bill, Babs and Hank. Generic.

It was always mentioned how they were created as a generic human servant. Here finally is their origin story.

It will be explained later that Gal was originally an acronym for Generic Autonomous Laborer. Naturally as in nature, female came first. With the decline of the genetic viability of the y chromosome as a result of previous genetic engineering, females were all there was to work on. And with the prisoners there was finally a source of subjects to test out some theories.

The names of the development team were lost in the much later Grey Guy and Gal rebellions. One was named Gie which might have led to an alternate designation of G.U.H or Gie Universal Human that became Guy. Enough records survive to show that the original program was for the G.A.L.

This explains why Grey Gals have always dominated their later culture.

This happened about 9,900 years ago. The first wars continued for over two centuries. This comic is a compressed version of events that happened over a eighty year period.

Many scenes are recreations based on period records. Nearly all the original digital video records were lost if not actually erased. However as mentioned before, some audio remains in the archives.
