Can't just throw them away!

Diamorians aren't so cruel as to just dispose of failed experiments if there is a way to re-purpose them. In that way they're not like many of the crazed experimenters on our planet.

They have different ways of looking at things. If a war with this much animus was fought on Earth, there would be no prisoners taken, just tortured corpses left by the roadside as warnings.
