G&G Consortium is Guys & Gals Consortium. It's a massive umbrella conglomerate for all the G&G companies like G&G LLC, G&G Industries and so on. They make the Exo-belt (TM) seen in Tales of SIG as well as the stuff used in Control-A-Cop some pages back.

They're all over. And yes, they have scientists working in deep underground laboratories with unnamed government agencies to adapt their technology for manufacture on Earth. The Control-A-Cop outfit will be one result. That's still in the future as Bob, Bill and Hank work towards getting their work recognized so maybe they can get a nice cushy lab job in an underground facility on earth with unlimited human subjects provided by the US Government.
