All sources of fighters are available to licensed members of the Interstellar Battle Girls League of Super Warriors. However, the trainers and promoters skate around jurisdictions so the kidnappings and slavery are never prosecuted.
Outside of the Aordians and Diamorians most human socieiteis don't have the resources and wherewithal to pursue all the missing persons cases that end up in the League. So Aordians and Diamorians usually aren't taken. Plenty of others to disappear. Aordians and Diamorians do enter the laegue on their own often enough to satisfy any longing to see one fight in the ring.
