Yup, I'm aging. Getting lazier and… what was the word again? Ah, yes: forgetful. And you won't a better excuse out of me for still not having a new page for you ;)
In all seriousness, though… There's a bunch of reasons. One is that I need a break. A long break. The longest I allowed myself not to do anything in the past year was two weeks. This time, it's been three - and the new page is not even in progress yet. Don't worry, I am definitely not announcing an indefinite hiatus. Just letting you know I'm still there and the comic will continue - soon. As soon as my conjunctivitis goes away and the atmospheric pressure goes up from the lows of 990 hPa - which make me yawn all day and sleep 10+ hours on average. But I've been also enjoying myself these past few weeks. I got a handful of great cd's. Other than the ones I mentioned last time, my latest buys include Filter's and the Dresden Dolls' latest cd's - both of which I absolutely adore. I got Metropolis (the anime) on dvd. Seen it two times before, but I love it so much I just had to get it on dvd. I finally found enough time to sit down read Haruki Murakami's "Chronicles of the Wind-Up Bird" and started Mitch Albom's "For One More Time" just today. Love both authors. Loved the tv series "The Five People You Meet In Heaven". They should make a movie out of Murakami's stuff, too! Anyway… Last but not least, I even had some social life. I had some great time with my best friend, just hanging out, talking, watching movies. Yesterday we had spaghetti that I made. First time that I ever made the spaghetti sauce myself! And it actually tasted like a spaghetti sauce. Go me! :D This week's challenge: tiramisu!
And I'm not really slacking either. I'm coloring pages for Heroes Unite 2, with Abt_Nihil's on the inks - aaand seeecretly working on a new project. Not so secretly now :P But oh well, had to pull one little ace out of my sleeve :) If everything goes well, it'll premiere soon. So keep your fingers crossed!
